The
Giving ROof
A Win for You and the Community
Raplor Construction created The Giving Roof to support non-profit organizations AND provide customers with a top-of-the-line, professionally installed roof. The Giving Roof is one more way of improving communities by giving back. Raplor also donates thousands of meals, plants thousands of trees, and supports sustainable practices.
As a Giving Roof partner, each time you refer a property owner with a storm-damaged roof, your organization earns 5% of the proceeds/profit. Plus, the property owner receives a free upgrade to impact-proof shingles, qualifying them for 20% savings on their insurance policy. This benefits your organization and, in turn, your community.

The Giving Roof FAQs
What does it mean to donate your roof?
When a friend, family member, or neighbor experiences storm damage, the Giving Roof steps in to repair or replace the damage. This process is as straightforward as a normal storm damage insurance claim, with the key difference being that Raplor gives the referring Giving Roof partner 5% of the project costs. The homeowner is only responsible for any deductible, and the Giving Roof does not add additional charges to the homeowner’s claim, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
How do homeowners receive 20%+ savings with their insurance carrier?
Once the Giving Roof repair/replacement is completed, the homeowner receives a certificate of completion. This document confirms the home has been upgraded with impact-proof shingles. The homeowner can then submit this certificate to their insurance company to receive a discount on their home coverage, resulting in significant savings.
How is The Giving Roof different from other restoration processes?
The Giving Roof stands out from other restoration processes in two key ways. First, Raplor makes a charitable donation to a non-profit partner, benefiting the community. Second, the homeowner receives a complementary impact-proof shingle, leading to substantial future savings from their insurance company.
