Effective date: September 9, 2026
These Website Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.raplor.com and any related online forms, content, and communications provided by Raplor LLC, doing business as Raplor Construction (“Raplor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) (collectively, the “Website”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
1. Website Information Only
Website content is provided for general information and does not constitute architectural, engineering, legal, insurance, or other professional advice. Photos, descriptions, pricing examples, product information, project timelines, and other content may be illustrative and may change without notice.
Your use of the Website, submission of a form, or communication with Raplor does not create a contractor-client relationship or obligate Raplor to perform work. Construction services are governed only by a separate written proposal, contract, work order, change order, or other agreement signed or accepted by the applicable parties (a “Project Agreement”). If these Terms conflict with a Project Agreement, the Project Agreement controls for that project.
2. Estimates, Inspections, and Insurance Information
An online request is not an accepted project, guaranteed appointment, or binding estimate. Any estimate is subject to site conditions, measurements, material availability, applicable codes, permitting requirements, and the terms stated in the estimate or Project Agreement.
Raplor is not a public insurance adjuster and does not make coverage decisions. Information about storm damage, insurance claims, or restoration work is general information only. Your insurer determines coverage, and you remain responsible for reviewing your policy and satisfying your obligations under any Project Agreement.
3. Acceptable Use
You may use the Website only for lawful purposes. You may not:
-
Interfere with the Website’s operation or security;
-
Attempt unauthorized access to the Website, accounts, systems, or data;
-
Introduce malware, harmful code, or automated traffic that burdens the Website;
-
Copy, scrape, republish, or commercially exploit Website content without written permission;
-
Impersonate another person or submit false, misleading, or unlawful information; or
-
Use the Website in a manner that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.
We may restrict or terminate access to the Website if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
4. Intellectual Property
The Website and its text, graphics, photographs, videos, logos, designs, and other content are owned by Raplor or used with permission and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Raplor grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access and use the Website for personal or internal business purposes. No other rights are granted.
5. User Submissions
You represent that information, photographs, plans, reviews, or other materials you submit are accurate, lawful, and may be provided to Raplor. You retain ownership of your materials. You grant Raplor a nonexclusive license to use, reproduce, store, and share them as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, prepare an estimate, evaluate or perform a project, maintain business records, and comply with law.
Do not upload confidential or sensitive information unless it is reasonably necessary for your request.
6. Text Message Terms
If you expressly opt in to receive text messages from Raplor, you authorize Raplor to send recurring SMS or MMS messages to the mobile number you provide. Messages may include responses to inquiries, inspection and appointment reminders, estimate or project updates, customer-service communications, and – only when you have consented – marketing or promotional messages. 7. Third-Party Services and Links
The Website may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services. Raplor does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices. A link does not necessarily imply endorsement.
8. Disclaimer of Website Warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” RAPLOR DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES RELATING TO THE WEBSITE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. RAPLOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
This disclaimer applies only to the Website. Any warranties for construction services or products are governed by the applicable Project Agreement and manufacturer terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAPLOR AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE WEBSITE, EVEN IF ADVISED THAT SUCH DAMAGES ARE POSSIBLE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAPLOR’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING SOLELY FROM USE OF THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED $100. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law and do not alter rights or remedies contained in a Project Agreement.
10. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Raplor and its owners, employees, and agents from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Website, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit in violation of another person’s rights.
11. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any action arising solely from the Website or these Terms must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Hennepin County, Minnesota, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Project-related disputes are governed by the applicable Project Agreement.
12. Changes to the Website or Terms
We may update the Website and these Terms periodically. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Website after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of those Terms.
13. Severability and Waiver
If a provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Raplor’s failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of its right to do so later.
